Terms and Conditions
- This Refer and Reward scheme replaces all previous Refer and
Reward schemes run by Abbey Business Centres.
- It is not open to Abbey employees, their families nor
commercial property agents, online brokers or anyone we normally
pay sales commission to.
- Rewards are paid in the form of gift vouchers / gift cards from
a range of popular High Street stores.
- No cash alternative.
- You may opt for your reward to be donated to the Teenage Cancer
Trust on your behalf.
- Vouchers will be paid once we have received a signed agreement
and deposit funds.
- We reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time or
to make changes to the terms.
- To make a referral please complete the online form or email the
following details to your Centre Manager. The name of the person
you are referring, their company name, contact Tel. number and
email address. Ensure that your full details are included and that
you mention 'Refer and Reward'.
- Refer and Reward must be mentioned at time of referral. We
cannot accept retro-claims.
- Abbey operates a 'First passed the post' system. A referral
will be rejected if we already know about it or if they are already
a client.
- Refer and Reward referrals remain 'live' in our database for a
period of 6 months from the date of being submitted to
us.
- The minimum initial contract length for a new office or virtual
office sale to qualify is 6 months
- The minimum value of the meeting room booking should be
£50 to qualify.
- This offer becomes null and void if any party is deemed to be
in debt financially to Abbey Business Centres or our
associates.
- One reward per referral only.
- Locations marked with an "*" do not take part in the Refer and
Reward scheme.
