By Car from the M4 (Westbound): Exit the M4 at Junction 12. Enter the next roundabout and take the 1st exit onto the Bath Road. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit into Arlington Business Park. Enter next Roundabout and take the 3rd exit and at the final roundabout, take the 1st exit and then turn 1st left.

By Car from the M4 (Eastbound): Exit the M4 at Junction 12. Enter the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto the Bath Road. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit into Arlington Business Park. Enter next Roundabout and take the 3rd exit and at the final roundabout, take the 1st exit. Immediately turn left to go straight into the Abbey Business Centres car park.

By Train from London Paddington and Reading: Served by First Great Western. Average journey times are around 30 minutes to London and 10 minutes to Reading. Visit the First Great Western website

By Car / On Foot from Theale Station: Come out of the station and from the car park exit turn right onto Brunel Road. Follow road to the end and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. Then turn left into our centre.
