Abbey Business Centres lead the way and sign up to the BCA's Consumer Charter

Abbey Business Centres is proud to be a launch signatory to the Business Centre Association's Consumer Charter.

The Charter sets out what consumers can expect from all parties involved in their serviced office space search and ultimate usage. 

Under the Charter, brokers are committed to providing completely independent and impartial advice which is free of charge to the user. Space providers are required to provide accurate information and the highest levels of customer service. If either party fail in their duty the client has a right to take the matter to the BCA, who act as adjudicator.
