Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Our introductory Customer Satisfaction Guarantee applies to new clients signing a 12 month office agreement from 9/11/2009 onwards. Inform our Centre Manager in writing of any reasonable problem(s) within the first 8 weeks and if by week 12 we have not resolved the issue(s) to your reasonable satisfaction we will allow you to give one months notice and release you from the agreement. Payment of Licence fee and Services charges up to the agreed move-out date are required before you are released from this agreement.
